A guarantee to reduce radon levels to 4 pCi/L or below. And if so, for how long?
Most homes we can offer a Five-Year guarantee. There are some homes we cannot offer guarantees due to the type and age of the home. The radon levels will be lowered to below the EPA’s action level in most of the homes we do not guarantee.
We do not want to build into a guaranteed radon mitigation proposal added charges for work that may not be needed in older or complex homes. When we give a Five-Year guarantee we stand behind it and do not require that we test the home for an added fee each year.
